Cake didn't really taste so well. In addition employees here are really lost. If you want "trinkgeld" you have to be more obvious and at least kind and not that you take a money away and never come back because I didn't say anything.

Great cake store in city centre

Absolutely chaotic and unfriendly. When entering the shop, you will be warned harshly to wait outside. Unfortunately, the staff doesn’t get the idea to let them know when it is convenient to enter. So you stand pointless in the pouring rain. If you are too stupid to create or use a functioning hygiene concept, then you should not take the displeasure out on the customer.

Not only the cakes are very appetizing here! What a charming young man at the bar, I love to come back every now and then!

Unfortunately, the Törtchenmanufaktur is absolutely not to be recommended for many reasons. We ordered two tarts that were not fresh and palatable. Much worse and unacceptable, however, was the service and the lack of hospitality. We were assigned a table directly at the cash register where the distance regulations could not be observed. When asked whether we shouldn't sit down at another table, as numerous tables were empty, we received an unfriendly answer that this would not work, as one would have to wipe the space that had been allocated to us again and do this " expensive ". I expected hospitality and quality on my birthday, but I was extremely disappointed. Especially since the statement by the male waitress that the tables are disinfected after every visitor is incorrect. During our visit, more tables became available which, contrary to the statements of the male waitress, were not disinfected. If you still want to try out the Törtchenmanufaktur, it's best to try the one on Saarstrasse 40, maybe you'll be more lucky there. The visit to Jakobstrasse was an absolute failure!

An absolute must for those with a sweet tooth - the Törtchenmanufaktur in Jakobstrasse, close to the main market. Small delicacies, fruity or with cream. Ice cream tarts are also a welcome change in summer. For those who think too much about calories - you just have to be able to enjoy and indulge. Friendly, courteous service. Seating also in front of the cafe.

Beautiful church. Even if you're not religious it is worth a visit just to see the architecture.

Great place, loved everything about it!

My friend and I had a lovely time coming in on a Wednesday afternoon for some cake and tea and cappuccino. There were a nice variety of cakes to pick from and it was hard to make a decision. Each treat was delicious and we enjoyed sipping on our drinks and nibbling on our cakes. The staff was friendly and it was a truly lovely time together. Thank you for the delicious treats!

An absolute dream for cake lovers. The little tartlets are created with a lot of love and dedication and that's how they taste. Add a cup of coffee and the day is saved. So definitely turn into this little side alley and enjoy.
